Spring onion and tomato chutney

Ingredients:


Spring onions            -  4 - 5 
Tomatoes                 -  2 medium sized
Garlic                       -  5 - 7
Green chillies            -  2 nos
Cooking oil               -  1 tea spoon
Salt to taste


1.  Clean and chop spring onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
2.  Heat oil in a kadai add the chopped green chillies and garlic.
3.  Once they are cooked add the spring onions.
4.  After it is cooked add the tomatoes and salt.
5.  Cook till the tomatoes are soft.
6.  Remove from stove and wait till cooled.
7.  Grind it coarsely and serve with rice or idli or dosa.
8.  Spring onion and tomato chutney ready.  Serve with rice, roti, idli, dosai or parathas.
