Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 3 table spoons
Bengal gram dal - 3 table spoons
Black gram dal - 3 table spoons
Red chillies - 6 - 8 nos
Cinnamon stick - 2 inches long
Cloves - 5 - 6 nos
Elaichi - 2 nos
Dry coconut(kopra) - 2 table spoons(grated)
Cooking oil to fry the above items
1. Heat the kadai with little oil and add coriander seeds, both the dals and red chillies.
2. Once the dals turns golden brown add the other ingredients and switch off the stove.
3. Keep stirring after switching off the stove and the other ingredients will start giving out their flavour.
4. Allow it to cool and grind it into powder and store in airtight container.
5. This can be stored and used while preparing Vangi Bath.
