Tomato Chutney

Ingredients: 


Tomatoes             -  5 - 6  nos
Onion                   -  2 big
Garlic                   -  2 pearls
Green chillies        -  2 nos
Red chillies           -  2 nos
Cooking oil           - 1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste


1.  Heat oil in a kadai and add the red chillies.
2.  Once its colour changes add the chopped onions, garlic and green chillies.
3.  Once the onions turn transparent add the chopped tomatoes.
4.  Add salt and let the tomatoes cook.
5.  Remove from stove allow to cool and grind.
6.  Tomato chutney ready.  Serve with rice/roti/idli or dosa.
