Rasam Powder

Ingredients:

Coriander seeds       -  1 cup
Thoor dal                 -  1/3 cup
Red Chillies              -  10 - 12 nos
Pepper                     -  1/4 cup
Jeera                        -  1/4 cup
Turmeric                  -  4 - 6 nos

1.  Heat kadai and all ingredients except jeera and turmeric and fry till dal turns golden brown.
2.  Switch off the stove and add the jeera and turmeric and keep stirring.
3.  Allow it to cool and coarsely grind and store in airtight container.
