Guava Chutney (Koyyakkai Chutney)

Ingredients:

Koyyakai Chutney
Guava                  -  2 nos
Green chilies         -  3 nos
Jaggery (Gur)       -  1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves   -  1 table spoon
Lemon juice          -  1 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Wash and grind together guava, green chilies, jaggery, coriander leaves and salt.
2.  Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
3.  Serve with parathas or fried rice.
