Tomato Raita


Ingredients:

Tomatoes             -  3 nos
Curd                    -  2 cups(150 gms)
Asafoitida            -  1 pinch
Red chili powder  -  1 pinch
Fresh coriander    -  1 table spoon
Mustard seeds      -  1 tea spoon
Cooking oil           -  1 tea spoon

1.  Grind Tomatoes into paste.
2.  Heat oil in a kadai.
3.  Add mustard and when crackles add the chopped corianders and asafoitida.
4.  Once coriander is done add the tomato paste and salt.
5.  Stir continuously till tomatoes are cooked.
6.  Remove the paste from stove and add it to the curd.
7.  Tomato raitha ready.
