Chatpatah Chutney with mangoes

Ingredients:

Mangoes             -  1 no
Onions                -  1 nos
Green chilies        -  3 nos
Garlic                  -  6 - 8 pearls
Curry leaves        -  a few leaves
Coriander leaves  -  1 table spoon(finely chopped)
Fresh coconut      -  1 table spoon(Optional)
Asafoitida            -  1/2 tea spoon
Ghee                   -  1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Chop mangoes, onions and green chilies.
2.  Heat ghee in a kadai and add the finely chopped onions, garlic and green chilies.
3.  Allow it to cool.
4.  Add the chopped mangoes, fresh coconut, curry leaves, coriander, asafoitida and salt.
5.  Grind everything coarsely.
6.  Serve with rice/ kitchadi/ roti/ dosa or idli.
7.  It helps to beat the heat.
