Ingredients:
palak - 12 - 15 leaves
Green chilies - 2 nos
Fresh curd - 1 1/2 cup
Asafoitida - 1 pinch
Ghee - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
1. Clean, wash and chop palak.
2. Heat 1/2 tea spoon of ghee in a kadai, add the green chilies and palak.
3. Stir fry for 1 min. and remove from stove, allow it to cook.
4. Grind the palak into soft paste, add it to the curd along with salt and asafoitida, mix well.
5. Heat the balance ghee, add the mustard seeds, after it crackles add it to the raita.
6. Palak raita ready.
