Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 4 table spoons
Bengal gram dal - 1 table spoon
Black gram dal - 1 table spoon
Thoor dal - 1 tea spoon
Red chillies - 4 - 5 nos(as per taste)
1. Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a kadai and roast all the ingredients till the dals are golden brown.
2. Remove from stove and let it cool.
3. Powder it coarsely and store in airtight containers and use as and when required.
