Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 3 nos
Onion - 1 no
Green chilies - 2 nos
Garlic - 2 pearls
Cooking oil - 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a kadai and add the finely chopped onions, garlic and green chilies.
2. After the onions turn transparent add the chopped tomatoes, salt and stiry cook till the tomatoes turn soft.
3. Allow it to cool and grind it coarsely.
4. Heat 1 tea spoon add mustards, allow them to crackle and add it to the ground chutney.(Optiona)
5. Serve with idli, dosa, roti or parathas.
