Masala Powder

Ingredients:

Coriander seeds      -  4 table spoons
Ground nuts            -  2 table spoons
Bengal gram dal      -  2 table spoons
Black gram dal       -  2 table spoons
Til (Gingely)           -  3 table spoons
Red chilies             -  8 - 10 nos
Cooking oil            -  1 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Heat Oil in a kadai and add all the ingredients and stir fry till the dals turn golden brown and red chili turns brown.
2.  Allow them to cool and brind them into coarse powder.
3.  Cool it in air tight container.
